Standard panels are constructed from separate components (stiles, rails, and louvers or raised panels) and connected with industrial strength staples. One-piece shutter panels are molded as one piece. In louvered panels, there is no space between louvers as with the standard panels.

The material varies from 1/8" to 3/16" based on the structural requirements of a particular area of the shutter panel.

While we say our shutters are vinyl, our standard panels are polypropylene. Paintable shutters are polystyrene. One-piece shutters are ABS with an acryliic coating.
